Full Job Description

Teachers To Go is looking for an in-person academic pre-K or kindergarten teacher to teach a 3 year old boy at his home. This is a great opportunity for the right teacher: a private homeschool position teaching only one student Monday-Friday mornings from 8:00am-12:00pm (may be flexible on hours) that pays $30/hour.

Looking for an early childhood academic teacher who is kind, flexible, organized & structured, prepared and experienced with teaching this age group. The right teacher will be reactive to the student's needs and focused on the child's development, helping to get him ready for kindergarten and beyond. Job functions will include creating lesson plans appropriate for the student's age, assessing strengths & weaknesses on core subjects, engaging the child, and strengthening social & behavioral skills. Ability to speak and write Hebrew as a second language is a plus.

Teacher candidates should have a minimum BA or BS (education track preferred), and a minimum of two years professional teaching experience in the classroom. State teacher certification is preferred. Some knowledge of Hebrew as a second language is a plus. Parent is open to collaborating with the right teacher about the curriculum used, as long as it works for the student.

Requirements
