Teachers To Go is looking for a full-time private middle school teacher with dyslexia expertise to provide 1-to-1 private homeschool education in-person for a 13 year old girl in 7th grade at her location in Little Rock, AR 72201. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right teacher: a full-time position teaching just one student Monday-Friday from 8:30am-3:00pm that pays $65k/year + paid time off & $400/month health insurance stipend. A female teacher is preferred, since the student is female.

Looking for a qualified middle school classroom teacher with dyslexia expertise in either an inclusion or special education environment. Teacher will collaborate with the parents about which curriculum or methodology is used. Looking for a middle school teacher to teach all subjects 1-to-1 to a 13 year old girl . The right teacher will be patient and calm, yet focused and structured. Looking for a teacher who has a good balance between nurturing and assertiveness (ie: able to lead and set boundaries). The right teacher will be expressive, communicative and confident, and experienced with classroom management.

Minimum BA/BS, dyslexia endorsement or dyslexia special education focus, and at least 4 years of professional full-time classroom teaching experience is required. (Experience specific to 7th grade is preferred.) State certification is a plus (any state), but not required. Must be comfortable assisting middle school students with multiple subjects. Teacher should be able to suggest and use appropriate chosen curricula for the purpose of working with dyslexia to accomplish goals.
