Full Job Description

Teachers To Go is looking for an in-person elementary teacher to teach a 7 year old girl in 1st grade from 9am-12pm Monday-Friday mornings at her home in Sacramento, CA 95835. This is a great opportunity for the right teacher: a private position teaching just one student in the morning that pays $70/hour ($1050/week). Female teachers are preferred since the student is female. This is an immediate opportunity for the current school year.

Looking for a state-certified teacher who is fun, engaging, experienced, passionate, positive and committed. The right teacher will be able to deal with kid's emotions and cares while creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. Teacher will be expected to create and deliver a customized curriculum aligned to state standards.

Requirements: BA and state teacher certification, plus minimum 3 years prior self-contained professional classroom teaching experience is required. Must be able to create a customized curriculum aligned to state standards that is tailored and reactive to the student.
