Teachers To Go is looking for an experienced elementary classroom teacher to teach all core subjects in-person to four homeschool children (ages 5-10) at their home near Lake Travis in northwest Austin, TX 78734. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right teacher: a full-time position with part-time hours Monday-Friday from 9am-2pm that pays $70,000/year + paid time off + $5,000 yearly Health Insurance reimbursement stipend. This is an immediate opportunity for the current school year. Time off includes July and August, two weeks at the end of the year, and major holidays. A female teacher is preferred, since the students are mostly female.

Looking for an elementary classroom teacher who is sweet and fun with a sense of humor, but focused and able to hold the kids accountable and keep them on track. Teacher applicants must have at least a BA and minimum three years of experience teaching in the classroom, and must be ok with using the parents chosen Christian Light homeschool curriculum.

The right teacher will be fully qualified and able to teach and facilitate all core subjects for grades K-5, and will be comfortable being responsible for implementing and overseeing a homeschool curriculum for all four students. Responsibilities include teaching and guiding the children to learn from parent-approved curriculum, reviewing topics and assignments, assisting students with work, projects, test prep, papers, research, documenting instructional time, assessing students and filling in learning gaps (ie: catching them up to grade level), and reacting and adopting education to each individual child.
