Teachers To Go is looking for an in-person private pre-K reading teacher to teach early childhood beginning reading and writing skills to two boys (one at a time) during lunch hour or at 1pm, twice a week at their home in Hendersonville, TN 37075. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right early childhood pre-K teacher: a part-time job tutoring two students either from 12-2pm or 1-3pm that pays $50/hour ($100/visit).

Looking for an experienced preschool/early reading teacher to tutor two boys using age-appropriate materials and education-related activities to provide them with an early academic pre-K foundation. The teacher will work with and develop a rapport with each child individually for an hour each (2 hours total per visit), two days a week. The goal would eventually be to get each child reading and writing a little bit before kindergarten. Teacher should be able to suggest and use appropriate chosen materials for the purpose of working with the students to accomplish goals.

Looking for a teacher who is caring yet stern, patient yet engaging and experienced yet energetic. The right teacher will be good with very young kids (ages 2-4), and understand how to engage them. (Having children of your own is a plus.) The right teacher will be positive & outgoing with a happy demeanor, yet engaging and able to keep each child moving forward. Looking for a teacher with the right balance between fun and focus to keep very young children on track with meeting goals.

Minimum BA/BS and at least 3 years prior classroom teaching experience is required. State certification is preferred. Must be comfortable teaching/tutoring preschool-aged students and rising toddlers.
