Full Job Description

Teachers To Go is looking for an experienced elementary teacher to teach all subjects in-person to three homeschool children (ages 8-10) using their private school curriculum at their home in south Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right teacher: a full-time position with part-time hours, M-F 8am-2pm (30 hours/week) that pays $70,000/year. Paid time off is included (summer and holiday weeks similar to public/private school schedule). A female teacher is preferred, since most of the kids are female.

BA degree and Florida teacher certification is required, along with a minimum of three years prior teaching experience. Professional elementary teachers with lots of experience working with this age group are preferred.

The family is looking for an elementary teacher who is empathetic, perceptive, loving & supportive, flexible, and patient with a passion for teaching and learning. The right teacher will be able to motivate, engage and focus on the whole child. Teacher must also be good with communication, willing to collaborate with the parents, and have the ability to teach remotely when the family is traveling.
