Full Job Description

Teachers To Go is looking for an in-person Montessori preschool teacher to teach an almost 4 year old girl at her home in Fort Worth, TX. This is a great opportunity for the right teacher: an early childhood private homeschool teacher position teaching only one student 3 days/week for 3 hrs/day (any three weekdays in the morning or afternoon) that pays $55/hour. A female teacher is preferred since the student is female.

Looking for an early childhood Montessori-certified preschool teacher who is creative, patient, engaging and passionate about early childhood development. The right teacher will be able to provide a personalized, high quality educational foundation for the student, and teach her everything she needs to know for preschool and kindergarten preparation.

Looking for a Montessori teacher who is also a bit traditional; a teacher who is nice but who can also keep things moving (ie: fun but firm). Job functions will include creating lesson plans and educational activities appropriate for the student's age using Montessori tools, engaging the child, facilitating activities, and strengthening social & behavioral skills. Teacher candidates should have Montessori certification and a minimum of two years teaching experience, as well as strong organizational and planning skills.

Minimum BA with full-time Montessori professional preschool classroom teaching experience is preferred. Must have your own reliable transportation & cell phone, and must travel to the home of the student in Fort Worth, TX 76111 three days a week in the mornings from 9am-12pm or in the afternoons from 12pm-3pm.
