Teachers To Go is looking for an experienced kindergarten teacher to teach all subjects in-person to a small class (limit of 10 students max) at a private homeschool campus on 20 acres northwest of Little Rock AR in 72223 on Monday-Friday from 8am-3pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right teacher: a full-time position that pays $50,000/year to teach a class of only 10 students beginning on August 1st, with summer and holiday breaks off similar to most private schools.

Looking for a qualified teacher who is comfortable teaching a faith-based curriculum, enjoys outdoor learning, and is able to teach & facilitate all subjects at the kindergarten level. The teacher will be responsible for teaching 8-10 students, and collaborating with the parents to create faith-based lessons drawing from multiple influences. (The school and parents will collaborate with the right teacher about the curriculum.) The teacher will communicate with the families on the students progress, and help to ensure that the students are on the same level academically as other private schools in the area.

The right teacher will be outdoor-oriented and comfortable teaching in a natural setting as well as the classroom. Looking for a consistent and reliable good communicator who is creative, experienced with classroom management, and comfortable multi-tasking. Teacher applicants should be flexible with a positive demeanor & outlook and be reactive to students' abilities & interests, yet also organized. Looking for a teacher with a passion for teaching who is engaging and enjoys being outside, can think outside the box, and who genuinely cares about the whole kindergarten student.

Teacher candidates should have a degree in education and at least a minimum of two years classroom teaching experience. Looking for a long-term relationship with the right teacher.
