Teachers To Go is looking for an in-person elementary teacher to homeschool a 7 year old boy who is above grade level at his home in Dallas, TX 75215. This is a great opportunity for the right teacher: a part-time morning position teaching just one student Monday-Thursday from 10am-12pm that pays $55/hour. This opportunity begins in mid-August for the upcoming fall 25/26 school year.

Looking for an early elementary teacher to plan and implement daily lessons across all core subjects for a boy in 1st grade, using the parent’s homeschool curriculum of choice. The parents will supply the curriculum and are willing to collaborate with the teacher about which curriculum will be used. However, the curriculum must be accredited and align with state standards.

The right teacher will be outgoing and engaging, yet structured and focused. Looking for a self-starter who is experienced with teaching students of this age group, and who has strong communication skills. The yearly calendar will basically follow the local public and private school schedules.

Teacher candidates should be state-certified with a minimum BA, and have at least 5 years of teaching experience working with elementary-aged children. (Prior experience specifically teaching first grade is preferred.) Requirements
Must have a minimum BA with teacher state-certification, and a minimum of 5 years teaching experience. Must be comfortable teaching all subjects up through the 2nd grade level using the parent’s chosen homeschool curriculum. Must have your own reliable transportation & cell phone, and must travel to the home of the student in Dallas TX 75215 Monday-Thursday mornings from 10am-12pm.
