Teachers To Go is looking for an in-person elementary homeschool teacher to teach all core subjects to two kids (5 & 3 years old) and eventually their younger two siblings at their Belleair home in Clearwater, FL 33756. This is a wonderful opportunity for the right teacher: a full-time homeschool position Monday - Friday from 8am-2pm or 9am-3pm (teacher’s choice) that pays $75,000/year + Health Insurance (Cost Share), 401k Match, EOY Bonus and paid time off. This is an immediate opportunity, but the start date can be flexible for the right teacher.

Looking for a kind, passionate and moral full-time homeschool teacher who takes pride in her work, and can cultivate curiosity and self-directed motivation. The right teacher should be able to teach all subjects at least through late elementary, and should be looking for a long-term position. The teacher will be responsible for implementing and overseeing a customized homeschool curriculum that does not rely on screens chosen by the parents. (The parents have been using The Good & The Beautiful, but are open to collaborating with the right teacher about which curriculum is used.)

The right teacher should also be capable of and enthusiastic about adding supplemental hands-on education-related activities and projects that challenge the students as well. For example, teachers who have the ability to apply traditional education subjects like math to creative real-life engaging activities such as business and golf are preferred. Taking short education-related excursions at times, and being able to engage the students and keep up with them physically is also important.

Teacher candidates should have a minimum BA, and at least 3 years of professional teaching experience. State teacher certification is preferred, but not required. Teacher applicants should be looking for and able to commit to a long-term position, and should be willing to assist with occasional light business admin during teaching hours if they have extra unused time before the second two students are old enough to teach. Some prior experience teaching using a faith-based curriculum is a plus.
